In order to sign up a TIP agreement, you must have a valid checking or savings account 在美国.S. financial institution, or a credit or debit card accepted by Nelnet.  你的 按月支付 will automatically be processed by Nelnet using the payment information 你提供的. 一次性 退还的 enrollment fee per term will be charged by Nelnet depending on the date of your enrollment. If 金融援助 is posted on your Valencia student account 之前 you enroll in your TIP, your TIP account will be set up for the remaining 平衡 due, if financial aid does 不 cover all of your tuition 和 fees up to the $4,500 协议最大.
